- Youth program: The organization organizes normally 3 months training project in order to building physical, mental, moral & employment capacities of the vulnerable/disengaged youth focusing on women & girls in Nepal. At least, 3-4 training projects are organized in a year depending on the nature of the training.. The organization organizes various skill development training in collaboration with government & non government agencies. The Physical, mental &moral development training are provided by our own trainers while awareness classes are taken by the experts of various agencies voluntarily.The organization is committed to make them healthy, fit for every role, disciplined, high morale, optimistic, laborious, and skilled. The training classes are undertaken the whole days of the week except on Saturday. The trainees are provided with skill development training from 10 AM to 2 PM and similarly, they are provided either physical development training or mental/moral development training or awareness classes from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Once they accomplished the training, the organization arranges jobs for them as per their skills, knowledge, interest & qualification. It also provides them necessary advice, guidance and assistance for the further improvement
- School program: We organize 2-2.5 months training programs at public schools which are considered to be the schools of poor people. The training program is to building physical, mental & moral capacities and qualities of the student who are studying in grade 7,8 &9. Together, we organize the same awareness classes for these students as we organize for the youth. The training classes will be organize for 1 hour & 15 minutes after their regular class hour. The organization provides the students with Tiffin (light food) before starting the classes. In addition to this, we conduct training for the teachers of the same school in order to building their capacities too.
